I ordered some consumables for my plasma cutter on April 9th. I received a tracking number on the 10th for UPS. UPS stated no delivery date as they didn’t have possession of the shipment. This went on for a week so I emailed Longevity on the 22nd and was told by Simon that they were out of stock but would ship this week. Nothing. Absolutely nothing. This is real BAD. They sent me a torch that does not fit my machine. No one ever respond to the emails. No one ever return phone calls. DIRT

I purchased a 256PI well over 10 yrs ago from Longevity and it was money well spent for a Multi-Process machine. Finally after years of use my torch went bad. Even though the only replacement water cooled torch they had at the time did not fit my 256PI, it fit my Alpha Tig 201XD. It's a Big Beefy and pretty well constructed Torch. I purchased a 255i about 7 years ago. I have used the plasma which worked out great, but mostly I use it for TIG. This machine has been an absolute workhorse. I don't weld daily by any means, Im just using it in the garage for Homer projects. But it has never let me down. Consistent fantastic welds. I even had a friend buy the same welder and his is going strong after 3 years also.
