I havent even been living here for 3 months and it hasn’t been pleasant, first they give me a messed up fridge and stove, then they “accidentally” charged me for parking and electricity even tho I have a separate bill with the city of Austin, there has been 3 occurrences where my door has been unlocked without knocking and now my car has been towed even though it was REGISTERED as a visitor and the office people dont even TRY to be helpful.
