The best past of this resort is access to the beautiful beach. After living in LA for 10 years the white sand beach and turquoise water was such a refreshing change of scenery. The biggest disappointment by far was the service. Again, LA is known for top notch service industry so I have high standards to begin with but my understanding is that this resort regularly ranks in the top 5 in FL so I had high hopes that were unfortunately not met.
