What a disappointment!!! Where do I begin! First of all they totally skimped on the room amenities, like coffee, towels, etc. Had to ask for EVERYTHING!! First morning we were there no cream & sugar for our coffee so we called room service at 6:30 & was told no one there until 7!! Seriously? Went to have dinner in Sands Pointe restaurant and was told we couldn’t eat in their dining area because we were wearing shorts so we had to sit in the bar where everyone else wearing shorts was seated! This resort is great, I’ve stayed at many places in Sarasota and this is one of my favorites now. Very relaxing, golf was amazing and staff was great everywhere. I would highly recommend!

The Resort is Beautifull, but the Customer Service is lacking. I called about my room not being cleaned at 3:15 pm and was not addressed by my name or with any apology - was just told I will leave a message. I tried calling Housekeeping line and Landon at front desk answered and said i left them a note already. Again, did not give me apology or use my name. Very poor customer service, especially when you are paying these prices!!!

This has been our 'go to' place for the last 26 years - our favorite place in the world. My children always asked - 'why do you keep going back to the same place? You only get one vacation a year and there are so many places you have not seen or visited?
