It's a hole. Should be shut down. Now they have homeless camps on each side of the entrance off of Madison. I guess that REAL cheap lot rent. They don't act as if the are going to do anything about it anytime soon.
We were in a bind and needed a place quick. I fell in love with one of the homes on the Perry Township side of the park (the north side is IPS). The park "repaired" the home with water damage and mold by painting over the bad wood and putting a cabinet infront of the mold. The plumbing is poor and the park says it all falls on the owner/tenant. It's a shit hole we gave bill 4500 who works for the company he showed us there places and then out of the blue the maintenance man special it seems ok at first what you don't see is the bug infested con artist this people are I don't think he can sell a place of his own on company time we gave him 4500 all we got in return was a hell hole with a pull behind title I learned never trust a man with a mullet
