During first visit, the staff seemed to have forgotten to perceive the experience from the pet or owner's perspective. Words to describe the vocabulary, mannerisms and approach of vet would include: offensive, curt, shaming. Left shaken and crying. In the future, perhaps the staff will draw from this message as a reminder to speak affirmatively and engage both the pet, and the owner's perception and trust of their handling of the pet, more lovingly, thereby more comprehensively. They are dedicated to keeping my pets healthy and were so helpful when we recently lost one.
We love Long Vet Clinic and highly recommend to all of our friends. Really the experience has to be top notch to compel us to write a review. Note, we live in NKC, which means Kearney is a drive for us. The staff is caring, the prices are reasonable, and my pup stays healthy. We also bring her to the Clinic for grooming. They always do so great with our pup. Everything, Doctors, Grooming and Boarding!
My husband and I were told by Dr. Dunn that our dog had a large lung mass and other nodules likely cancer after reviewing an X-ray. Dr. Dunn offered to put him down that day, said it was our choice. My family was devastated. After a couple of weeks I decided to get a second opinion. There was NO mass and he was misdiagnosed. We will not be using their services again.
Serenity Doggy Day Spa and the Vet Clinic is awesome. Dakota my Pomsky loves them.
Even after hours we’ve gotten excellent care for our dog. The care is 100% amazing!
Met with Dr Eckard in the wee hours of the morning to deliver a litter of pups. I have always had prompt call backs, check up the next day to see how fur babies were doing. Thank you Dr Leigher and staff!
