Just wanted to take a moment to Thank the Staff at Long Vet Clinic for their respect of our dog, Max, who was 16 1/2 years old when we had to put him to sleep on May 6th! It is very hard to have to put your family member down. They gave us the time to be with him. Max went peacefully in our arms. They also sent us a sympathy card. ❤️ Thanks so much!
Our lab Jessie was hit by a car. She was admitted for surgery with Dr Schaefer performed. He called later that night at 8:30 to give us an update. Jessie has been reluctant to eat while there. I had gone to visit her to coax her into eating. Tonight, Dr Schaefer assured me she had eaten a little. He had hand fed her canned dog food. You can't buy that kind of commitment & love in a doctor. We all love Dr Leighr but we've got a keeper in Dr Schaefer also
Great service. They are an all around vet, grooming services, boarding etc. Prices are good. Love their paws day for discounted shots. Very efficient
The doctors and staff are very nice!
Both of my horses have been feeling significantly better these last two weeks since Dr. Leighr came out and floated their teeth and gave them their vaccines! Highly recommend Leighr to anyone who needs their horses floated or any general issue/routine procedure done!
Dr Leighr and Dr Dunn have been great with our dogs. When our passed passed away the Clinic was so compassionate and caring.
I recently had to put my best friend of 12 years to sleep. they were very supportive, understanding and just nice. After the proceedure, they quielty left the room for me and my wife to say our final farewells. Today in the mail we got a sympathy card from the office! Inside was a hand written message ssying they were sorry for our loss. on the other cover there was a paw print from my buddy.... I will never go anywhere else with my other pets, caring and very professional. Thank you
