I have been with Dr. Long since '08. The last time there, I got my blood drawn to check my thyroid (this was around a month ago), and they never called with the results, as they have done each time since I've been going there. Today I needed a refill on a prescription (not a controlled substance) and the pharmacy called to ask for a refill. They've always gotten right on it but since the APRN we were seeing left, I'm ignored? I saw Dr. Long before seeing anyone there. Really, Dr. Long?
Dr. Long is a great doctor and his staff is excellent at their jobs.
