Dropped my boat off for service. It was there for 2weeks. First off all I changed my number with them in the computer when I dropped it off and they continued to call my old number after changing it/telling them it was the wrong number 3 TIMES!!! They charged me $103 to only replace battery terminals and then tell me they won’t work on it. I used to like coming down and hanging out but anymore it’s too many loud ghetto people being annoying, people don’t clean up their area either. Dog “land mines” everywhere! People can’t even clean up their dog crap! It went downhill
beware !!! this is about the worst place to take your boat to have worked on they will totally over look what u tell them is the matter and do something completely different just to charge a bill and then end result motor blows up and they wont refund the money that is owed and tell you to pound sand and have there receptionist get snippy on the phone and the owner never will return a call about said issue anything for there profit thats how they appreciate their customers
