I bought a new boat here! Brandon and the staff have been excellent!! They have gone above and beyond to take care of any issues and to help us enjoy our new Avalon pontoon boat. The tractor drivers are a awesome bunch of guys that help you any way they can getting you on the water and back on the trailer! Thank You for the great service!
Oil change 265 bucks then 10 minutes out on the water the engine stops running...wth
Service dept is absolutely awful friend took his boat in for warranty repair of a broken piston in his yamaha outboard and they charged him $265 for a oil change that wasn't requested and told him his motor was 100% perfect bill of health and within 15 minutes the motor blew could barely make it back to the boat ramp don't trust this place with anything that you own!!!!!!!
Well to anyone wanting wanting service work or warranty work . I would definitely recommend somewhere else . I took my boat to this place to have it fixed 1 - it had smashed #2 cylinder spark plug witch in result was from the #2 cylinder piston breaking witch I showed directly to there service mechanic in pictures and a video of myself scoping the engine and pictures of the smashed spark plug before I took it to them. The motor was supposed to be warranty work to fix it ...Continue Reading
This is the worst place to get your boat serviced or even looked at....they will tell you there is nothing wrong with your boat and will noy even take it out to see if its fixed....major problem with boat and they said there was nothing wrong with it....I would not even take a kayak there
These people are a joke,they are screwing a good guy over on the warranty on his Yamaha motor that was clearly not running right when he took it in and now it won’t even turn over and they say it’s 100%
These people look at an engine that had smashed a sparkplug and lost power and their fix is to change the oil and send it out the door only to have it blow up on the owner 3 10ths of an hour later....wth. I wouldn't let them work on a used condom!

stood there when a issue with a motor was shown to the tech Robert and heard from him that he seen the issue and would address it himself week goes by friend was called by long level marine and said nothing wrong with it and the motor is 100% from there it was taken to the ramp and not even half hour motor locked up and started smoking do yourself a favor and look up do it yourself videos before letting these people touch your boat
