I would never recommend this company! I rented a boat for a bachelorette party and the company canceled on us last minute as we were heading to the marina. The company would NOT refund us our money under any conditions, we even tried to rebook for that same weekend. Customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful and would not refund us our money nor let us speak with the decision maker as “she was busy”. Absolutely atrocious experience, do not book with them. The staff is so rude, very unprofessional and down right disrespectful, definitely do not know how to talk to nor care for their customers. These people are thieves ! Took our money and no services were provided. Absolutely disgusting customer service. We were a group of 12 girls coming in for a bachelorette party and only here for the weekend. We were excited to rent a boat for the day but unfortunately as we were heading to the marina they canceled our reservation with no explanation. They refused to refund us and left us with out plans for the day. They said a manager would call us back that day and no one reached out which is extremely unprofessional. Awesome place awesome people you have to go there to experience the customer service.. yea we can stand here and talk on line all day but you have to go to meet and experience the great service they provide... for this is my first year here and I just bought a boat from them and what great group of people they have working in and around that office.. thank u long level and everyone that works there!!!
