I always had a fear of Dentist, until i met Dr M and his team... they totally changed my opinion! And it all starts from the front desk, where the kindness and attention of the receptionist put you at ease, to the procedure room where the clarity of the procedure explained by the nurse, hygienist, assistant to the Dr, and the Dr himself...their gentleness, and obvious confidence in performing, just melt away all fears... the entire team is simply genuine and great! Dr. Rechter and staff are great!! A few months ago, Dr Rechter was recommended to me. This is my first visit Dec 13, 2021 for periodontal issues. Everything was thoroughly explained to me before, during scheduling, at office, during checkup, during cleaning and after appointment. They are so expert, in all that they do, that you feel totally comfortable and confident, from the moment, that you arrive, to the moment that you leave. They are a blessing, to my family and me !
As always, I find the L.I. Dental team to be exceptionally kind and caring. They are not only interested in my teeth, but in me as a person! I was recently dealing with some medical issues, and therefore missed my scheduled appointments. Everyone I came in contact with showed genuine compassion and concern. They demonstrate the kind of people skills every medical & dental office should have (but sadly many do not). Thank you.
I have been with Dr. Rechter for over 30 years for a reason. He and his staff are the most professional and friendly I have met. I am made to feel so welcomed from the minute I walk in to the time I'm walking out the door. I wouldn't change dentists for anything. Thank you all for today's visit and I'll see you soon.
