My teeth cleaning today with Denise could not have been better. She is kind, understanding and strives to make me as comfortable as possible. And, of course, Dr. Rechter always puts me at ease. The front desk was its usual - professional and caring. Sherry always makes me feel “at home”.
Excellent care as always. All were kind, welcoming, and thorough.
No matter what members of the L.I; Dental Team I see at my appointments, from the Dentists, Hygienists, and Office Staff, they are always welcoming, and help to alleviate any fears or concerns I may have. My treatment plan is explained honestly, and without pressure, I am very pleased to have found this dental office.
Everyone is so wonderful, at Long Island Dental Excellence. As soon as you walk in the door, everyone is so eager to help you and make you feel comfortable, that would include Ms. Graecie, Ms. Sherie, Ms. Tonya, Ms. Chrystal, Ms. Victoria, Ms. Donna and Dr. Mike. All staff members greet you as if you were family or close friends. If there is anxiety and fears, they are soon elevated by the warm greetings by the special professionals at the reception desk
Today Victoria gave me an excellent dental cleaning! She is so professional and efficient! Dr. Rechter did impressions for my dental implants in preparation for my dental scan. He is knowledgeable, has the latest equipment and listens to all my concerns The office is immaculate and follows all safety protocols. I highly recommend Long Island Dental Excellence!
The staff are friendly and engaged. The appointments are always very professional. Sherry at the front desk is especially courteous and pleasant.
