Two stars because one of the clinicians we worked with was good. Otherwise, they are awful people. I will not be back. They let my teenage daughter go through antidepressants withdrawals because of a bill. They had just taken a few hundred dollars from my bank and drained my HSA, then refused to talk to us until I paid more. We only saw them for 2 months! I had no more money until I got paid! Multiple times appointments were canceled, and we were not made aware until we arrived. Only focused on adding medications, what therapist reduces a teenager's visits to 30 minutes a month? Not a good one. I recently canceled an appointment with my daughter's regular therapist and explained the reasoning (inpatient stay due to SI). Her therapist never followed up.
