RecommendedI had a beautiful walk. I saw a bunch of dear, including one doe and her two fawn's. It is so peaceful there. The only negative is that I also saw a very large water snake. Yuck! I will definitely be back. I can't wait to try paddle boarding.
Very beautiful and well managed park! Peaceful surroundings, lots of places to sit and rest. Always see wildlife...deer, heron, turtles frogs, fish, ducks, dragonflies, butterflies, hawks and many others. Flora and fauna paradise. Picnic area is always clean, with walking trails and peaceful areas with access to lake!
Loved the loop saw deer, 615 rocks, and love walking across the bridge. The fishing area is nice always quiet hang there some sit and enjoy.
What a beautiful park, and on this day, filled with beautiful people.
I have stressful work sometimes, I drive to Longhunter park after work,park down by the water, sometimes I walk out on the dock and I always stop to watch the deer.I always leave feeling relaxed and know that everything to be better the next day.
