I've been to this powwow before and enjoyed it. Not so much this year, however. There were plenty of vendors, regular and food. I liked the layout of the vendors around the central area. Any powwow I have been to has had music and dancing through out the day. This one had generic music from 11:30, when we got there until time for the grand entry. I went to the pow wow yesterday and I had a wonderful time, the pow wow was awesome!!!!! Will return!!!!
I have attended several Pow Wow's through different states. This is the first time to attend this Pow Wow and I was not disappointed. Very to easy to find and several vendors and the Indian Ceremonies were fantastic. I will definitely attend next year.
Love the 2 mile trail around the lake. Beautiful scenery and wildlife. Also have picnic area with play ground and sand volleyball.
We had a awesome time at the Pow Wow. But this is one of my all time favorite parks to go to for family time.
The Pow Wow is a wonderful concept but we couldn't see anything. The performance area was too small for the size of the audience. There were so many people standing up and blocking the stage that little kids couldn't see the performers. I would recommend increasing the size of the performance area next year.
