Excellent as always Had a visit scheduled closer to the end of the month, but I expressed a desire to come in earlier. The staff reached out to me as soon as there was an opening and was able to bring me in. If you're not a patient yet, you're missing out on some EXCELLENT service and a wonderful doctor.

I had a good experience however, their was an estimated amount I paid and then I received a bill for $26 more. That all I am okay with but what I don't think is right is the fee for finance charges. Only .34 so not a huge deal but it was the first invoice I had received after you estimated what my insurance would cover. Also, I receive way too many emails from your practice. I would rather see an email for reminders to my next appointment and every now and then promotional. Not every few weeks. A little annoying.

Dr. Mikhalets is an excellant dentist! She's "simply the best"! She is surrounded by an office staff who is very efficient and friendly. I'm so happy to have finaly found a great dentist who offers the very best of care to her clients. I have no reason to ever look for another dentist! I would highly recommend Dr. Mikhalets to anyone.
