LOVE THESE GUYS I had these guys to my house for a problem with my central vacuum and within 5 minutes thet discovered my daughters sock was stuck in my hose. The other company said I needed a new motor and it would cost $400.00. When it came time to pay all they asked for was a cold soda. I have sent them to 4 of my friends who all raved about them.
LONG BEACH VAC-SCAM!! DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold me a carpet machine and told me it could also clean tile flooring. The kicker is they said I needed a Hard Floor Cleaning Tool Accessory which was on backorder. They said they would put my name on backorder for the tool and sold me the machine. Three months later still no hard floor accessory. Now they know nothing about it. This is what they stated "ALL SALES FINAL" and "YOU RECEIVED EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED". Way to go Long Beach Vac-SCAM!
THE BEST I had my central vacuum serviced by this company and they charged me $99.00 for three hours of work. The other company I called gave me an estimate of $399.00 and said they could not guarantee the work.
vacuum cleaner I was so pleased with there central vacuum installation. At first i went with another company and then when they showed up they tried to bait and switch me. long Beach Vacuum stood by their price did the central vacuum installation completely professionally and even came back with no hassle when my son clogged the unit with his toy. I love the staff there I have nothing but great things to say
Look No Further I had the owner to my home to discuss an installtion and he made us feel so comfortable. He had given us a price that was $700.00 less than the other company that came over and we later found out that the product he was giving us was a lot more expensive. The best and most honest
Worst company ever!! Received a broken product, they wouldn't take it back. Asked to speak with the owners, they laughed in my face and did not care. Never do business with this company!!! The worst buying experience ever!!
vaccum long beach vaccum inc. fixed 2 of my vaccums last year and i havent had a problem since. They didnt try to rip me off and were very honest as well. i recommend them to anyone.
