I was gone for almost a week longer than expected while boarding my rescue pup, and Long Animal took such great care of him. He came out of there just as happy as he went in; I could definitely tell! After having horrible experiences boarding at other places, I WILL NOT HESITATE to bring my Oscar back here again. Thank you so much Long Animal!
I had been bringing my dog here since I got him 7 and a half years ago. The last time I brought him in was his first time at the new larger facility. When I came to pick him up, the staff couldn't tell me where he was for half an hour. When I posted this complaint on their Facebook page, they "Liked" it. We will not be coming back.
Thank you for your care of my cat, Dusty. My husband brought her in a week ago when we came home to find her back end paralyzed. I could not handle this well so my husband brought him to your 24 hour care. He said y'all were extremely nice and very respectful when we found out she had a blot clot that caused her to be paralyzed and putting her down was our only option. I'm still heartbroken a week later but I thank you for not letting her suffer.
I took a 5-6 day old kitten here & the staff was amazing! I couldn't ask for anyone or any company better! They showed me how to care for him properly, they got fleas off him, gave me powder milk to feed him. I couldn't be happier with the service I got here! 5 stars all the way & I highly recommend this vet to anyone who has a pet! I will definitely be bringing little Meeko (the 5-6 day old kitten) back here for all of his shots & any other treatment he needs.
We were out of town recently and boarded Riley and Spanky at Long Animal Hospital for a week. They both received great care in a wonderful facility. Spanky is almost 16 years old, deaf, and mostly blind, so we were initially concerned about boarding him, but the techs and docs monitored him closely - - - and I think he's doing even better now than before his stay. Thanks to everyone at Long Animal for taking such good care (as usual) of Riley and Spanky!!
