I have a kitten that I brought three times in two weeks because I knew something was wrong. Each time I came they gave me eyedrops for her eyes, but any person could tell there was some bigger problem causing her to be sick. I asked for antibiotics and more help and they just dismissed me. Finally after the third time bringing her, second time in 24 hours, I decided to find another hospital for her. Won't be coming back here. Editing my original review to include some updates. Originally I was just upset about the misleading signage, poor organization, and waiting time of 30 minutes. Less than a week later, having spent $700 for nothing and now having to put my cat down, I'm pretty upset. I was told my cat was better and ready to go home. As I look for another vet to put her down, because I can't stand to see her suffer like she is, Long Animal refuses to do anything at all. The vet didn't even come out to speak to me b... read more
