Top notch service. Brought in an older one speed I’m using as a commuter that wasn’t safe and Long Alley tuned it up and it’s like a new bike. I’m loving it.
Need I say more? Ok, I'll say it again; this is your local bikeshop with a world-class service. Not your typical huge bikeshop with all the bells and whistles and far-out expensive bikes and gears. Long Alley has just the right ones everyday cycling people need. You walk in and you feel like you're just walking into your own garage bikeshop. You feel at home. Right away. Friendly owners and staff. Very prompt service. And again, world-class service.
