Worst possible place you can leave your truck, do not go here, they give me a truck with a broken windshield, after I spent 11k here, unbelievable, she had an audacity to tell me they had a storm there, that’s not my problem , it was in your facility parking lot, your responsible for my truck while it’s being fixed . All I heard it’s not their problem.. disgusting people, don’t know how to run a business.
180 a hour. You pay for the lunch hour and the hour it takes to prep paper work. Front desk was rude and miserable.
Boss called paid for the part swooped in grabbed it ,not much to say easy peasy
Awesome service department, brought my truck in for multiple issues, they narrowed it down to a chaffed wire in the wiring harness. Expected it to take a couple of days to track it down, these guys had it figured out and fixed the same day. Would definitely recommend this location for service.
