Located in the historic Fort Worth Stockyards, this restaurant resides in a saloon-style building loaded with Western ambiance. Horse saddles hang from the walls and a large wooden bar stretches across the dining room. A tin ceiling adds to the rustically authentic charm. Chef and owner Tim Love is a native Texan, which is obvious in his most-requested specialty, roasted garlic-stuffed beef tenderloin. Other menu items emulate Italian, Spanish, Mexican and Asian fare, including the buffalo rib eye and quail quesadillas.

Great food, service, atmosphere. Started with Rattlesnake, Rabbit Sausage
Was seriously the best meal and service we've ever had. Celebrated our 10 yr. anniversary there and the staff went above and beyond. From the hostesses shining personality and care to amazingly perfect drinks at the bar, superb service from Joe & the team throughout our dining experience, expert wine recommendation from the sommelier and the GM Gregory's gracious tour and personal care. We felt as if we were the only ones there. Now the food... oh dear Lord that's what food should look and taste like. For sure by far each ... read more
The kitchen was very slow. Maybe 45 mins from salad to dinner. Food: excellent! Wait staff, wonderful. Simone was great. Atmosphere, very Texan, nice. Just be patient. Simone warned us they were running behind.
