Camille Pincock is a cold and non compassionate provider who also doesn't offer good employees adequate compensation packages to help maintain staff retention. Lonerock Clinic has only one provider for medication management and Camille doesn't see people as anything other than $$$ signs.

Nothing negative to report. All staff was consistently professional. Environment was comfortable and accommodating.

Although I love this clinic, they always seem to have issues with my billing; not recording payments and then telling me I owe them. Also, I had an appointment scheduled 3 months ahead of time and the provider left the clinic 2 months before my appointment. Instead of checking his appointment calendar and rescheduling my appointment with a different provider, they cancelled my appointment with only 5 hours notice. No reschedule, nothing. My provider seemed to be more interested in seeing how much he could get my insurance to pay rather than listening to me. I left with no answers to the reason I was there and a laundry list of "preventative test" orders. SMH. I did not return.
