Really juicy steak. Great neighborhood steakhouse. Recommend to dine during off peak hours as the wait can be pretty long

My Mom and I were both alone this year for Thankgiving, with most of our family living out of state. We were just looking for somewhere different to eat after seeing a movie. Lone Star was just the ticket. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant. The young lady who waited on us was just outstanding. The food was top notch and totally reminded me of my time I lived in DFW, Texas. And the Shiner Bock beer really hit the spot too! That's something else I really miss about living in Texas. My wife loved the sweet potato and the steaks were so good there was no need for steak sauce. Highly recommended. Had a great time service was above reproach! Our lady was on top of everything.
This restaurant ran out of cinnamon & sugar for the baked yams!! I have been eating at Lone Star for 20 years. Food is good especially the baked yam. But for any restaurant to run out of sugar!!!!!
Food was OK, Place was dead, Service sucked... 45 minute wait, no refills, no new beers, no rolls... Plates came out from 2 other servers, and were all like 1200 degrees, like they had spent the better part of a half hour under a heat lamp
Service was great. Food was perfect! Definitely going to come back!
