Was there for dinner Oct 22. Food was really good. Servicr eas amazing. We were called by our names all thru our meal and our server was friendly and helpful. Manager was attentive and they were very busy. One of our best meal experiences.
Nobody in the place at 8:00pm on a Monday night. Have sat here 15 minutes and not had a drink order or an acknowledgment. Terrible service. No wonder no one is here.
Wow! I always feel so valued and welcomed at Lone Star! Especially the Mt Vernon location, they always get my order perfect!
Was there last night, The food was good as usual, But you waitress Brandy was rude and unsociable.
Had the BEST steak sandwich tonight and Thanks to Benjamin (?) Had 5 star service!!
Not there often but, would definitely give them an excellent rating on the night we were there that they offered the all you can eat BBQ Pork Ribs!!!. They were awesome!!!! Please let us know which night you offer this special...PLEASE! :)
