Our worst experience ever at a Lonestar today. Some of the ingredients were not fresh and many of them were not cooked or cold. The wait staff tried to make things right, but, were unsuccessful.
Service and food was always decent in the past but yesterday we noticed every price on the menu has at least doubled since the previous visit. Couldn't find our reservations for 20 minutes. The 8 of us were finally seated, only for each of us to get the wrong order after waiting what seemed like forever! Also, after getting our wrong orders we noticed everything was under cooked. Trust me, when you read dozens and dozens of reviews on how bad a restaurant is, stay the hell away from it! This place is horrible! The wait staff suck, the wait time/service is terrible and the food is awful!
Took forever to get drinks and food, they ran out of booze, service so bad they took $5 off of each of our meals. Gave $60 for our $44 bill and never saw waitresses our any change again. Won't be returning.
