They initially had AMAZING quality meat when they first opened.. Just went in recently and was thoroughly disappointed. BAKED tatoe COLD as hello.. Meat quality was below par.. Business looked slow.. hey... juss stating my experience.. My cup of tea might have u

Should not 45 minutes to get a meal when there is less than 30 people in the entire restaurant. Then we get charged when it clearly says kids eat free and another 10 min to get the bill

Went here tonight. Took my brother and a friend out for a good steak. There was not more than 20 / 25 people in this very big restaurant. We arrived at around 7 pm took 45 min to get our food and the food was not cooked the way we asked. Did not want to send it back because I did not want to wait another 45 min. Total a poor experience. I will not go back there.

Awesome atmosphere, nice seating, great hostess, but the food was comparable to banquet frozen meals... Very flavorless and unappetizing. Steak was a medium an had little to no flavor, even Worshire sauce didn't aid the dry flavorless steak. 2 stars is only for the great service an atmosphere. Very unhappy about the meal given the rumored hype and price tag.

In the past we experienced okay service, and decent food. But tonight was the worst experience ever. Service was extremely slow the steak was horrible. Will Not go back again.

I couldn't even order a Margarita because there wasn't a drink menu on the table. This restaurant is very unorganized. My server was kind but very lazy. Our tables weren't cleared between courses & upon leaving all of our plates were still there..sitting ..on the table un-bussed.
