Not sure why people give such negative feedback, my experience was great! Naudia, my waitress; was AMAZING! Steak was cooked to perfection, and the cheese/bacon fries were super good. My only negative feedback would be to have Angry Orchard on draft!!!! Other than that, service was excellent. It was great that the manager came around and ask how my food/experience was. Definitely WOULD COME BACK!
Slow service even though the place was empty. Had to send steaks back, one medium was cooked to well and a well was rare. Once they brought the one back it was burned. Came here for my moms birthday and it was horrible. I don't do reviews but I had to here. We won't be coming back.
Was therw after visiting grandaughter at rainbow babies hospital, service was lacluster,took an hour to get our food, asked for seperate checks still got put on one bill,dinner was cold as the north pole whe i did finally get it,just an overall crappy experiance for not being busy for a friday night at 8pm. Last time we went service was great food was good n hot, was a 180 from last time ,honestly dont think ill go back. We drive an hour to get there expect better for time and money spent.
The worst place I've ever been to. Never been here, just wanted to try something different. The only thing that was good was the chili. First, we waited over an hour for our dinner, then the chicken wasn't cooked through. Disgusting. Never again!
Great ribs and the best bacon cheese fries anywhere!
Had an issue with my steak and they went above and beyond to try and correct it the food was ok. Not the best not the worst. My wife really enjoyed hers i was a little less than impressed. They tried hard steak just wasnt worth the money.
Waiter was wonderful, drinks were the best I've had in a long time. food was cooked to perfection. The manager even came over to make sure our visit was just as it should be.
Absolute terrible service! Ordered steak medium came out rare. Waiter had no personality and was rude. Had to ask repeatedly for refills on drinks and for check. Asked to speak with manager after issues with our steaks and he never came over to the table.
