We went in on a Friday evening, we ordered then the manager came up to us and told us and others that we had to leave immediately. Never had an experience like this before.
Horrible service at North Olmsted Ohio location. Took the waiter nearly 20 minutes to come over and take our order. then it was almost 20 minute wait to get our salad and bread. We were there for over an hour for two people to eat. We had to go ask for our check even though the waiter walked by and saw our credit card sitting on the table and our dishes stacked as a hint we were ready to go. Won't be back. The ambiance is nothing like Texas Roadhouse, feel it was a bit pricey, & Hubby's steak was too tough to chew!!! the best thing bout this place was service- it was excellent! On another note, the pregnant young lady beside us had to have 3 steaks by the time they "made it right"- she asked 1st one to b cooked longer, they dropped 1/2 of the newly cooked 2nd steak on floor so was making her a 3rd! Crazy! We won't b back anytime soon, if ever.
