Brian made the quoting and set up super easy. He answered all of my questions and even though we didn't proceed until the following year due to an emergency, he was quick to pick up where we left off which I greatly appreciated! Our installer, Omar, was professional and quick! He walked us through everything when he was done and everything looked perfect. I was referred to Lone Star Patio Builders by my brother after seeing how his patio cover was constructed using insulated panels. We are very happy with the way our new patio cover turned out. I recently had a patio screened in. The sales and installation teams were excellent to work with and I got exactly what I wanted. Installation took most of the day. I had a little vacuuming to do at the end for metal bits but the results are excellent.
Just had our patio covered by Lone Star Patio Builders, and everything about the entire process was exceptional. The pricing was competitive and the communication from Brian and Leanne to ourselves was regular and always prompt. Omar, who installed the cover, was very professional, extremely hard-working and his attention to detail is second to none. Thoroughly recommended!
