Had 2 quotes prior to finding Lone Star Patio Builders. One quote was from the company you see on commercials that sing their name. Their quote was over $86k for a 144 sq ft enclosure! (crazy, right??). Lone Star Patio Builders came in at around 1/8th of that price and built us EXACTLY what we were looking for (not to mention the enclosure has a lifetime transferrable warranty - unlike that other company.) I had a fantastic experience with Lone Star Patio Builders. Brian listened to our concerns and walked us through all of our options. We felt the quoted price was fair, and the finished product is amazing. The crew did an excellent job removing the old wooden cover and installing the new screened-in patio, all in just one day. Overall, this company did a great job, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
