I called to setup a home consultation and the lady told me the earliest available is the next day at noon. I take time off from work to be home at that time because I was really interested in getting this patio done. The next day comes around and nobody shows up. I call back after waiting around for an hour and the lady tells me that she accidentally scheduled it following week. 02/12/26 Lone Star Patio did an AWESOME job on the patio remodel at our new house. They demolished the old patio cover, concrete and pavers; poured new concrete & installed new metal patio cover - in 3 days IMPRESSIVE!! They even made a concrete ramp at the back door for husband's rollator walker 🥰 2022 New patio cover is AWESOME!! Crew demolished the 25+ year old cover and installed the new cover, all in one day!! Impressive!! Process was easy and smooth from beginning to end.
I highly recommend this company. From pre-sale to final installation, everything was extremely well organized. Our sales rep, Brian, offered excellent ideas that helped shape our project. On installation day, the crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Overall, a smooth and professional experience from start to finish
