First of all, when I met Brian and told him I had a budget, he heard me and understood! The quote was reasonable and I accepted. Lone Star worked with my HOA for approval for my project. It was great not having to go back and forth with them! His crew came and demo’ed the paltry cement pad I had (at my request) and formed out and poured concrete all in one day.
