Our experience with Lone Star Glass was extremely disappointing. We provided them with the exact size of our old glass because that was the measurement we had been using. Despite that, they still failed to measure correctly based on the information we gave them, which led to damage and unnecessary frustration. What made the situation worse was the customer service.
