The women who work there have got to be the most bitter, unattractive, unprofessional, nosy, subhumans ever. There are other companies with employees who have nothing better to do but see who's parking where

I had bought a mirror online and of course it arrived with the glass smashed. I got a refund rather than trying to have a replacement sent with likely a similar outcome. The frame was still usable, was the style I wanted, and the vendor didn’t require that I send it back. For a bit less than the original cost, lone star glass put a new mirror in for me. Had a windshield rock chip repaired at this location. The repair was completed quickly and professionally. And Virginia in the office has a real "can do' attitude.
Great glass work on my window pain glass pieces fast, nicely wrapped for safety. Kind employees there. They offer window replacement and glass window panels for a decent price. My 11"x12" standard window glass panel piece was only $10 plus tax.
