Total joke of a company, dropped off a injection pump that was just leaking on a Komatsu excavator. They gave me an estimate of 4800.00 to repair pump, told me was all wore out and everything was ruined in it. I explained it was running fine just needed new seals, I called the Komatsu dealership and bought a Reman unit for 2200.00. They got mad cause I was not stupid enough to let them built it and they charged me 500.00 to tear it apart. What a waste of time on my part.

What a rip off – I wanted to order a $6.99 burger special and asked for mustard instead of mayo. They said no substitutions at the $6.99 price, but for a $1.50 more the substitution can be made. Mustard is cheaper than mayo; they could have made more profit or were the special burgers already made and waiting to be sold? During these difficult economic times Sammy's should be grateful to have customers instead of being arrogant. What happened to the customer being right and have it your way?
