We had an engineered wood floor installed by Lone Star Floors in Austin, and every aspect of this job was excellent. Selection and prices were very good, knowledge and experience with wood flooring was quite evident, and the installation was excellent from preparation through clean up. We are thrilled with the results.
We had 910 sq ft installed (544 of wood; 364 of tile) as well as new baseboards and it looks FANTASTIC. They were on time, finished when they said they would, and budgeted almost perfectly. Jose (lead installer) is very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE with Lone Star Floors. The PROCESS was so EASY, and FAST (Only took 3 days to install). The SERVICE was EXCELLENT, the PRICE was UNBEATABLE, and the QUALITY of the floors is AMAZING, and the CREW was GREAT and PROFESSIONAL. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone who is looking to install new floors to work with LONE STAT FLOORS.
The hardwood floors put down by Lone Star Floors turned out to be great. Bill has first class installation crews and the three installers that did our job did a great job. Junior, Noe and Edgar are artists at their trade and they treated us and our furniture with the utmost respect. Top quality Hardwood flooring and excellent work!! Bill's crew did a fantastic job on our new floors and carpet. Bill gave us a VERY reasonable quote compared to other flooring companies we visited first - 4K less in fact. there was no hidden costs, just great work and a very happy wife!! We moved into our new home almost two years ago. Bill gave us a great estimate quality product and installation! Our floors are two years old and they still look brand new! We had on of the transition piece come up and Bill ordered us a replacement and had his guys over to replace it with out a hassle. It is not just the quote and installation but Lone star floors is there to back up their product years later!
