Patient care is great but they are impossible to get a hold of. The automated voice messaging system is a nightmare. Once you do finally get a hold of someone, the time to transfer is even longer.
Told us to wait 8 until 8:30 to be seen after yall made an error - All to be told that yall don’t do pediatric dental? When was anyone planning on telling us? This place is shady.
Only good thing about this is place is Dr. Lad. She is amazing. I would NOT recommend getting blood drawn here.
Must be underfunded, and understaffed. Generally looks kinda dirty, the internet was down and I was waiting for 10 minutes to check in and by the time it was my turn the person at the desk decided I was late and had to make another appointment
Dr Yamani Lad is amazing. Kind, knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything. The medical assistant was great too. I’d note that other staff didn’t seem too friendly, would be nice to be acknowledged, or the lady at the check out window, she was glued to her phone and we asked her several times where to check out until she answered that it’s in the lobby.
