We will never use them for service again. We've been here several times in the past with no issues. Last month we took our vehicle in for a warranty issue, and they gave us a loaner. The OWNER called and was EXTREMELY rude, he was actually yelling, YELLING, at us to return the loaner, since our car was done. We will never return here. That kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. On one good note, the receptionist is very nice, and apologized. As an owner however, you do not treat people that way.
