First time to The Londener in #RockwallTx. Sat on the patio which was super great! Great service & ambiance with my LOVE! We'll be back!!
Not set up on the patio for the USA game. Tiny TV, only one, and the sound kept cutting out throughout the game. My wife didn't like her fish, and serving beers in plastic and food in paper trays is just low class. I was disappointed and will not be back unless serious changes happen.

The paper trays and plastic cups is something that all Londoners have been doing during big soccer matches for a number of years. We will only be using that presentation during what we expect to be heavily attended matches. It's really a safety issue as much as anything. I know they just opened, but they need to get their act together or I'm afraid they will share the fate of the 2 previous establishments to share that space. How can you be out of carrots and celery to go with the wings? Send someone to WAL-MART! All restaurants do it. I ordered the Chicken Tiki Masala. where do i begin...I walked in at 3:30pm Monday afternoon and was greeted promptly by a server. I asked for a comunity pale ale and waited anxiously for my beer to arrive. I was told they were out of that beer so I orded a martin house saison and waited anxiously for my beer to arrive. I was told they were out of that beer. Came in to eat last night. ..not the right night to do this due to the world cup...there are alot if things that need improving...bar service..your hostesses screaming out names when a table is ready...the kitchen running out of food...your exhaust system smoking out the restaurant. .. food was decent..wait staff was good felt bad they had to constantly apology for slow bar service and running out of food..we will come back but not for a month or two hopefully by then you will correct the issues...

Very unhappy at this time! We went in and asked for a table for two. Was told the wait was 45 mins. Great. Hostess said stay close and we will call your name when we have a table. Me/ awesome we will be outside. Hostess: oh I'm not going outside. Me. Where would you like me to stand. Hostess the bar. Me no seats. Her. Then i do not know but we are not going outside. Probably should have another lady up there willing to help your customer. Plus there was over five empty tables. Good luck!!
A list of Cocktail Drinks would have been nice! When you are told you have a "full bar", then it shouldn't be an issue when a drink is requested. I was very disappointed with The Londoner!
