To add since their response is absolutely ridiculous, they charged a $275 cleaning fee when I called originally and was told the house was “immaculate” and said that a few fans were dusty (takes 5 minutes to wipe down) and the toilets had MINIMAL hard water stains because the house has no soft water system which is ABSOLUTELY necessary. $600k house with absolutely awful plumbing, 2 AC units that physically cannot keep up during the summer time and results in a $850/month electrical bill and STILL 85 degrees in the house is a... read more

Very unprofessional and doesnt care about his clients. Eric is very Rude. We listed our snowbird rental.with them this year and had nothing but problems.eric has refused to return our $100.00 that he has been holding in reserves. We would never trust them again with managing our property again. A word to the wise. Save yourself heartache and upset, go with some other agency. We rented a condo from Londonderry the month of Feb 2025. Ruth was very helpful and the condo was so clean. We would highly recommend them for your trip to Lake Havasu AZ.

1.poor customer service. 2.typical for LHC 3 poor communicatio 4.mgt company that manages premiere storage is a mess than no idea what's going on.
