The lofts are a great place to live! The unit layout is very spacious and the loft itself is a cool feature for designing your space your way. Has almost everything you need except in-unit laundry, but the coin facilities in the building are kept clean and in operating order. It is close to the airport and across from the police station so I’ve always felt safe. Management is so kind and very responsive to any requests, too!
This is a nice place to live! I’ve only lived here for 2 months, but The lofts are spacious, management and maintenance is responsive. My neighbors are kind, courteous, and no one is loud or obnoxious. They have a nice fountain in the back of the building. The grounds are well kept too. It’s a safe area since the police station is so close. I’ve never felt in danger. I can always find a parking spot in the lot too.

Great affordable place to live on Madison's northside. I've lived here for about a year and a half and I would highly recommend. Management is awesome and very responsive- and as any renter knows, that makes a huge difference in whether or not living in an apartment is a good experience.
