Absolutely horrible place to live nothing much has changed. The office personnel tried to make it seem like the property was so well kept. Lies all lies. The police are still constantly here. The employees still friend the wrong tenants while maintenance runs around here all day and still nothing gets accomplished. Rats are on the inside and out of the apts. Even with the many stray cats roaming the property. Appliances don't work roofs constantly leaking. Let's not forget the infestation of roaches water bugs and bedbugs. T... read more
It is a very safe place to live and raise a family. I love the fact that there is security every evening.
It is now under new ownership. I expect changes after meeting with them!!
Not a good family place. High crime and police traffic due to drug problems. Manager (Ross) is involved in shady dealings with minors and so is the on-duty security that I've witnessed. If you are honest and don't cause problems you are targeted by security and management while drug dealers and non-residents roam freely and undeterred.
