They have changed hands. The last two shellac treatments chipped within a week. They begrudgingly redid only the chipped nails but the new colour didn’t match the old colour. They used to clean around the cuticles but now it’s just a cut and polish and a sloppy job at that. Not to mention the time wasting. For $40 I think I’d rather paint my own nails.
Dianna leads an amazing experienced nail technician who does a wonderful job. They are ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied before leaving especially Dianna & Lan. It’s right inside the Forest hill shopping centre near Aldi., makes it very convenient. I have been going there for a few years now, highly recommended.
