Not worth even a star , very bad communication, my nails chipped after a day , went to them the manger make up story , very rude way and a lot of arrangements .after you paid no responsibility for the job done

Wondering why this shop was so empty been coming here for 20 + years but never again I asked for full set gel nails which I had done for years she came with bottles of nail polish i ask if she was going to do tips she just looked at me she told me it would be $60.00 dollars for nail polish I can polish my own nails at home in the end she did acrylic nails that I did not want never going back
Poor customer service, non cooperative and does not own the mistakes. Bad communication, arrogant. I asked for SNS and she recommended new SNS syle tip which was not at all SNS. It was gell acrylic. It took 1.5 hours to get this thing done. Paints were translucent for french tips. I could see bubbles through transparent tips that she recommended. Not natural look and when I asked to be changed on the next day she was non-cooperative. Needs to pay extra.
a really disappointing experience. i’ve had my nails done here twice now and can confidently say i will not be coming back. i’ve had the lady with the short black bob (stay clear from her) and BOTH times i’ve been, the colour i’ve chosen she hasn’t used on my nails. how can i chose one colour and then that’s clearly not on my nails? she complained the glitter was too see through but the colour on the example nail was solid, untrue marketing is a joke and when i asked about this she said they did three coats which wasn’t offe... read more
