Best Hair ever – So I am a total convert. I have recently joined the masses of Robert faithful. I saw him on a recent trip into downtown Portland from the 'burbs. I have to say, I have never had that kind of hair experience before. He asked me a few things but mostly what he did was tell me what I needed and why. FINALLY!!!! – I?ve been on a quest for a new hair stylist for the last seven years? with some very poor (and often pricey) results. But as of today, that has changed! Robert you so get it! – I come from a mixed ethnic background. My hair is dark and on the thick side. I usually end up with orange highlights and some jacked up hair cut. Robert, I don't know how you do it – But thank GOD you do. I found Robert a few months ago from this website. I have had extremely bad cuts and color since moving to Portland some years ago. Once I started seeing Robert, that all changed and so has my social life. My hair was just so blah and now, in Robert's words, my hair is "rahhh". Robert really saved my hair – I went in to get my hair fixed recently by Robert. I had a bad dye job and cut and was sure there was nothing that could be done about it, but having read about him here I thought just maybe he could help. Not only did he help, he completely turned my hair around. I left with an awesome color and a great cut. I thought for sure it was going to take a year to get my hair back again. Thanks Robert for saving my hair and making me look so great. BTW, thanks for the great restaurant recommendations.
Rebekah is the best!!! – I have been going to Rebekah for the past two years, and my hair has had a wide variety of cuts (super short pixie to shoulder length with layers). Every cut has been fabulous! I generally don't enjoy getting my hair cut because I never can accurately describe what I am looking for, but Rebekah always manages to figure it out and give me exactly the haircut that I want. I am moving to Eugene this year but will coordinate trips back to Portland with haircuts from Rebekah.
Love Haley, hate the front desk – I have been seeing Hayley for a while now. She always gives me a great haircut and color. She keeps me looking fresh and up to date. The biggest complaint that I have is that the person who usually mannages the front desk can be a snatch. She has been rude to me on the phone and for no good reason. Last time I was there, I had to wait while the blond one finished telling the other one about an awful client she had to deal with ahead of me.
