Went Here To My OLD SALON, That I Hadn't Been To In Almost 12 Years! Came With JULEE, Who Is My Daughter, & Also A Regular Customer...It Was My Birthday, & We Got MANI/PEDDIES! I Also Got To Visit With TRISH, MY OLD HAIR DRESSER! It Was A GREAT AFTERNOON!!
Apparently a scheduled customer appointment isn't taken into consideration when an employee wants something done. I waited for 45 minutes for my appt only to be told that it would be an additional half hour until they could see me...only other person back there in the middle of services was an employee. Won't be going back.

Hi Shannon, I am so sorry that you had to wait! We try to schedule as accurately as we can but unfortunately situations occur where an appointment takes longer than we anticipated. There was a test out going on with another hairstylist and a front desk employee which we do periodically to improve our skill set and work on new trends. I hope that you reconsider and I would love to speak with you about what we can do to help!
Loved it. Got the exact hair cut I desired in a amazing amount of Time. Trish was excellent.
I loved this place the ladies that work there did such a good job they took their time and they were so nice I will definitely be going back there again
