Steven helped my daughter and I sell a bunch of old family jewelry. He VERY patiently sorted through a huge shoebox size pile of tangled up necklaces and bracelets and earrings. He inspected every one and sorted them into piles to purchase the gold and silver. He has a great sense of humor and kept us entertained while he spent hours at the task.
