racist management, degrading staff 1 star would not recommend.

Racist management that refuses to do better when employees bring up concerns over derogatory behavior; rather fires the person trying to make positive change. Get your steaks & cocktails somewhere that racial discrimination (in a predominantly Black city) doesn’t exist. There’s no room for this kind of crap in Detroit.
