Friendly polite people. No games no gimmicks
Purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from them in early 2021. Car was in excellent shape but driver seat did not work and visor mirror was missing. To my amazement they replaced both at no cost. Turns out it's cheaper to replace the entire seat then to fix it. The replacement had less then ideal upholstery so they ordered a replacement cover, which matched perfectly, and THEY EVEN PAID for a local upholstery shop to install it.
