Carlo Lomeli, founder of Lomeli's Italian Restaurant, Inc., started his restaurant career in 1968, at age 14, as a busboy for Sala's Italian Restaurant in Lawndale. By age 16, Carlo realized that he had a tremendous passion for cooking; while at Sala's he learned how to cook and became their main chef. Love this place.
They have good food in there but is so small and you're so close to one another
One of the BEST places I've eaten at!! I recomend eatin here to everyone :) The staff are so sweet an the owner's are great.
For five years, I have been missing an authentic Italian restaurant here in California. Well, I finally found one. The food was great... and so was the service. - The restaurant is small, with a combination of booths and tables. No fancy ambiance, but cozy. - When you come expect the emphasis to be on great food, with friendly and courteous service. Definitely worth the visit!!!
They are the phoniest Italian place ever..watered down sauce! The waitress says fresh..I say THE CAN WAS FRESHLY OPENED! NEVER AGAIN! Even OLIVE GARDEN is BETTER!
I recommend the lasagna with sausage. Delicious...place to come and eat.
