Small portions for big $. Dinner doesn't even include a salad. Worst part was they dumped a glass of water all over our friend. He was very gracious and all he got was "sorry" and a full price bill. They didn't even pick up the ice. 2nd and last time we will go there. There are many other places to eat that are just as good and a much better value. Service was slow also. We were there Easter and they weren't busy so no excuse there.
Love this place - the food and the service are always excellent when our group, Evergreen Romance Writers of America meets there on the third Saturdays of each month. And what they did for our Holiday Party in December was definitely above and beyond. Can't wait till February when they cheerfully bring me my Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo even when it isn't on the menu!
My Husband and I went to Lombardis for the first time this New Years Eve, and we had a wonderful time. The staff was very kind and attentive, even with all the larger parties they were serving, the food came out in a timely fashion and was absolutely delicious! We were even offered a free champaign toast to celebrate the New Year. I'm only giving 4 stars because we've only gone once but I will happily go again and I highly recommend trying it out!
