My wife and I bought a new construction home from the Lombardi's about 4 years ago and couldn't be happier. This is our dream home and they made the entire process very smooth. Even after the sale they were very quick to respond to questions we had and were always available to help. We have been very happy in our home and could not speak more highly of the entire Lombardi team.

$500 non-refundable move-in fee is outrageous.
Rented through this company for 2 years. We constantly had issues with mice on and off for the full two years. By the end of our lease, the mouse issue was completely out of control. Mouse droppings were everywhere. Additionally, they raise rent every year.
Beautiful place, I love my townhouse however the current owners seem to be mostly interested in how much they can raise our rent every year. The townhouses need regular outside maintainance lol ie the dryer vents(most are off). Siding desperately needs power washing, footings around the decks needs to be fixed or replaced outside lights on the sidewalk do not work have not worked for two years now, and it has yet to be mulched this year.
