This is the first time I haven’t had to stress over getting an appointment with my doctor in a timely manner. The Dupage Medical Clinic has even been able to see me when I’ve had to come in without an appointment whenever my diabetes has given me trouble. I’m so grateful for how understanding and attentive they are to their patients.

I come to Lombard immediate care clinic whenever I or anyone else in my family needs medical attention. We’ve come here for flu shots, physicals, sore throats—you name it. When health issues pop up it’s so difficult to get appointments at such short notice with a regular physician.

I play a lot of intense sports, so you might guess how many times I’ve had to stop by the emergency room with injuries. Since I discovered the Dupage Medical Clinic, I can see my own doctor to get x-rays if necessary. It’s good to have a trusted care provider who I can count on for all my health needs, not just my routine physicals.

I brought my husband to the Lombard clinic when his diabetes started giving him trouble. The staff was much more personable here than at the ER, so this was comforting during an anxious time. They were attentive to us, and treated us like regular patients instead of last-minute walk-ins. And most importantly, we were taken care of right away by the physician.

I am very impressed with this walk in care. It is a saturday around 10am and I walked in and walked out in 40 minutes. The staff was perfectly nice, the space is clean and everyone is professional. After a quick check up, Doctor diagnosed my sinus infection, prescribed my drugs and wished me the best. Love it and would definitely go back there if needed.

I was there twice recently. Both of my visits went pretty well. However the second time around the wait was about 30 minutes before I could see the doctor. Small problem but it was much quicker the first time around. Also, their x ray machine was not working the first time around. Looks like it worked in my last visit, but I did not need it now . I gave it four stars because of the wait and issues w the x ray, else it would be a five star.

I was there recently for some pretty serious flu like symptoms. The staff was very friendly and courteous, answered all of my questions. Definitely would go again if needed

Prior to my coming to the immediate care center for chronic back pain (which I have had for over 2 years), I had been seen by numerous doctors at several hospital emergency rooms, who could not help me. When the pain was at it worst, I arrived here in agony. The staff was very helpful and took care of my ailment better that what I have seen in the last two years. I will go there again if need arises.

I definitely recommend this place to all people in or around the western suburbs. They are located right at Roosevelt and Meyers, next to the CVS. They have friendly staff who genuinely care about patient issues. I visited them for the first time yesterday and within 15 minutes was talking to a doctor. Granted it was not too busy for them, just one other patient ahead of me. The whole process took about 35 minutes... way faster than any urgent care I have ever been to.
